Hello fellow fantasy lovers. I decided to finally make an account to contribute to the wealth of D&D knowledge known as dandwiki. I'll be making semi-regular contributions in the form of homebrewed spells (Mostly Sorcerer/Wizard), and character ideas.

A little bit about me: I'm 23 years old and have been a fantasy fan for most of those years. I enjoy drawing weapons from laser rifles to magical swords as well as brainstorming up unique spells and magical abilities to be used by myself and others. I also have an affinity for philosophy and thus try to apply that knowledge to fantasy settings (perhaps to an unreasonable point). e.g: if clerics are able to conjure food/water at early levels, how is world-hunger a problem in the universe. Are clerics inherently selfish due to their lack of desire to end an easily solved problem? Does this make clerics evil by default? Alternatively, one could ask why wizards and sorcerers (with the ability to cast permanence) refuse to use such magic to create perpetual motion devices capable of replacing all labor, allowing for more intellectual pursuits among peers (this is a relatively utilitarian view of course but the question still remains).
