The Unown inscribed are races who have encountered one or more Unown. They have the symbols of unknown burned into their skin. the unknown are attracted to strong desire, or emotion and will spell out what you were feeling at the time. when this happens, you cannot seem to stop feeling as you did then. The unknown try to help you do what you felt you needed to do at the time, and though they do this, those emotions never leave you.

the Unown inscribed template can be applied to any living creature with emotions, and enough room on their body to inscribe the unknown.

a phrase on a person can change things.a phrase is inscribed when someone is near a large group of unknown, and feels strong emotion/desire. the phrase represents what you were feeling at the time, causing you to always lean strongly towards the emotion you were feeling. if it was a desire, you cannot seem to stop thinking of the desire you wanted then, and must avoid it over taking you. the amount of unknown you receive is based on whatever phrase is on the person. they gain a effect listed below for each off these emotions and goals.
emotions/i feel- Fear- all failed fear saves automatically result in panic, and the ability to run 10* speed while panicked. even when not panicked, constant fear propels you, granting the run feat. if you would ever become fearless, you can still feel fear.
Anger- any time you take damage, you must make a dc 10 will save or attempt to kill whomever damaged you in a bloody rage. all damage dealt to a person that you are attempting to kill due to the above, by melee is increased by 1d4, and all spell/power damage is increased by 1.
Joy- +1 morale bonus to attack rolls. All negative morale bonuses fail. Trusting is a little too easy, and you take -7 on sense motive.
Sadness- all positive morale bonuses fail. you have -1 to hit due to low morale. your outlook gives you +10 sense motive, due to lack of trust. this has one less la then the number of unknown would indicate.
Love- your bonds are so strong that anyone you know strongly you can cast shield other on at will. you also gain a +2 on any check when someone you love (brotherly, sisterly, closely, children, spouse, family, blood brothers, just about anyone you are close to) encourages you.
Hate- your mind can hate so strongly that anyone nearby can feel it. all within 30ft take a -2 morale to all checks (you excluded). Also, all trying to attack you must make a dc 10+(your level-their level) will save or become shaken.
Alone- whenever you are not near someone you know/trust, you are shaken, ignoring fear immunity. while shaken, your fear grants you power. on a successful hit, you deal 1d3 more damage. you also have run while shaken. it is possible to become good enough friends with the unknown in your body( through a telepathic bond) that you are never really alone.
Desires-
Power- all unknown provide an extra wild talent feat on top of the feat they already do. whenever you are offered power, you must make a dc 15 will save or take it and all it's implications.
Lost- this one occurs 50% of the time when you feel like you need to escape from somewhere. you always feel as if you are lost, and can make free action search checks for all doors and traps. everywhere seems unfamiliar to you, making it very easy to actually get lost. -5 on survival checks.
safety- you are very aware of your surroundings. you get uncanny dodge, dodge, and psionic dodge. you take a -2 to hit due to you being defensively focused.
revenge- whenever you have a grudge on someone, you get +10 to hit and damage against them, and MUST hunt them down.
Escape- this one occurs 50% of the time when you feel like you need to escape from somewhere. if you ever are in a confined space with no obvious way out, you must make a dc 15 will save or become panicked. you can run 2* faster then normal. IE run speed 4 times is now run speed 8 times.

For every unown on the creature you get a psionic talent feat, except for the first unown, witch gives wild talent.
