Two-Handed Defense (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Two-Handed Defense [Fighter, General]
By quickly adjusting your grip, stance, and footing, you limit your opponents' ability to strike you past the bulk of a two-handed weapon.
Benefit: When wielding a two-handed weapon in two hands, you gain a +1 shield bonus to AC. When you are fighting defensively or using the total defense action, this shield bonus increases to +2.
Special: Fighters may choose Two-Handed Defense as one of their fighter bonus feats.
