Your limbs twitch periodically.
Prerequisite: Dex 15+
Effect: All Dexterity based checks and rolls receive a -4 penalty. In addition to this, all Concentration checks, and any other skill check that requires a steady hand and/or mind (i.e. Forgery, etc.) receive a -4 penalty.
