The Tsukuyomi is a legendary spell made by the Uchiha clan, who use a special kind of magic. This magic is based in their unique eyes which are passed down through their bloodline. The only ones who can use this spell are those who have the Mangekyo Sharingan, an advanced form of the eye technique spawned by the death of their closest friend. To use this spell, the caster must first takes 1 round to ready the Tsukuyomi. Once readied, the next time an un-blinded creature with eyesight makes eye-contact with the caster, the Tsukuyomi is instantly activated. The caster gets +20 to overcome the target's spell resistance. The creature makes a will save (DC= Relevant ability modifier + 50). Even if they save, they take Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Charisma, and Wisdom damage equal to half the caster's caster level rounded down. They regain their lost ability points after an extended rest. Tsukuyomi entraps the target's mind inside an illusional dimension under the complete control of the caster. The dimension acts in a time flow 43,200 times faster than the physical dimension, so the subject's mind spends three days in the dimension while it's physical body spends only 6 seconds (1 round) in reality. The subject's physical body acts as if it has 0 Dexterity, 0 Strength, 0 Intelligence, 0 Wisdom, but the same Constitution. The subject cannot be brought out of the Tsukuyomi before the duration ends. The subject is made in the Tsukuyomi dimension as their original form, simliar to if they had been teleported there, although they are completely naked, they cannot cast spells or use powers, and they cannot die. The subject's "Mind-body" cannot be altered. However, it can be pierced by objects in the dimension. The caster can choose to reduce the subject's body's Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Charisma, and/or Wisdom as much as they like (minimum of 0) through torture, unless the subject is immune to fear. This remains on the subject's body. After the Tsukuyomi finishes, once per day, the subject makes a will save, and regains ability points for one ability equal to half the result rounded down.

Focus: The caster's intact and attached eye. The eye must have the Mangekyo Sharingan.

XP Cost: 7,800

Notes: This is based off of the sharingan eye technique Tsukuyomi from the manga Naruto. Only edit if you have read the series and know the reference well.
