From out of the tomb a hideous being lurches. It seems to be a troll, although no troll should have stony chunks and rocky crevices on the skin of its naked body. No troll, for that matter, should look so artificial, with seams of stone run down its body, with magical sparks popping in its eyes. This oddness does not detract from its vile appearance, however. It's bumpy hands puncture your side..
The trollem, an almost-alive construct formed of parts of trolls and magic stone, combines the most atrocious elements from both troll and stone golem. Often used a tomb guards or witch hunters, these awful creations regenerate, rend armor, and slow its victims. It requires magic to survive, and so will attack spellcasters first and will eat their magic. Adventurers, beware!
Because the trollem is so slow and clumsy, its attacks are generally along the lines of 'whack with claw, whack with fist, rinse, repeat.' It is an uncomplicated combatant, to say the least.
