This is a Light Mace that has twisted flax soaked in tallow wraped around the head.
A Torch Mace can be lit on fire and then functions as a torch for lighting. A Torch Mace deals +1 Fire Damage when lit in addition to normal Mace damage. After the torch burns out it functions as a normal Mace.
To re-wrap the Mace it costs 1gp and then can be used as a torch again. This can be done to any mace or club.
