This Is A Evil Temple Atop A Dark Mountain. Within Lies An Assortment Of Evil Creatures.

This Quest Is Easy To Work Into Your Campaign. It Is Advisable To Come And Go, And Its Easy To Do That To.

This Temple Was Founded By Ansem, A Priest Of Soa. It Is Filled With Evil Creatures, Ready To Attack Any Nearby People. It Is Deep, Dark, And Dangerous.

Aside From Many Evil Creatures, There Are Said To Be Many Great Treasures Deep In The Temple...

The First Step Is To Climb The Mountain, Then To Proceed Through The Temple, Facing Many Obstacles Along The Way. Your Goal Is To Eliminate The Mysterious Head Of The Shrine.

There Are 2 Npcs Worth Noting: Drumbeard And Alexandra, Described In The Quest.

There Are Three Keys Needed To Find In Order To Access The Temple, Several Things Out Of Place, And, Of Course, Common Items.

[edit] Stage One: The Mountain (lv 1 Or 2)

In A Tavern, You Meet Drumbeard, A Drunken Dwarf, Who Talks About An Ancient Temple. He Will Tell The Location For A 10 Diplomacy Check. The Mountain Is Miles Away. About A Third Of The Way Up, You Are Ambushed By 10 Orcs. After 2 Full Rounds, Another 6 Arrive. Another 4 Arrive, 2 After Each Next Turn. After They Are Dead, Head Up Further. At The Gate, There Is A 2 Ogre Guards. Dispatch Them. The Big Gate Is Locked. You Should Make A Quest To Find The Key, To Gain Some Levels Before Entering.

[edit] Stage Two: The Great Hall (level 6-8)

Upon Entering, You Are Attacked By 9 Goblins And 9 Goblins. After Dead, Walk Through The Hall. The Torches Ensure Light. There Are 37 Silver Coins Lying Around On The Ground. In The Next Room, You Are Attacked By 15 Dretch. After They Are Dead, Hurry Out, In 2 Rounds, A Hezrou Will Appear. In The Room After The Next Hallway, Prepare For Rat Fever. 40 Rats Attack. Afterward, You Find A Healing Alter In The Next Room (Full Heal). The Fight In The Next Room Is 1 Mindflayer And 3 Hobgoblin. The Door Downstairs Is Locked By A Strong Magic Barrier. Once Again, You Should Make A Temporary Retreat.

[edit] Stage Three: The Labyrinth (Level 12-15)

This Is Full Of Passages. Make Up Most. Its Also Full Of Evil Nagas, Mummys, Mohrgs, Minotaur Gangs, Mind Flayer Inquisitions, Ogre Mages, Greater Shadows, And Demons (Vrocks And Hezrous). Eventually, You Find A Room. Inside, 2 Ropers. Next Room, A 5 Foot Thick Hallway And A Rust Monster. After That, A Big Dungeon, With A Caushemar Nightmare. After It Is Killed, Greater Shadows Spawn Indefinitely. The Next Room Is A Healing Alter. The Last Room Has A Mature Adult Black Dragon. The Next Door Is Obvious: Locked. You Know What To Do.

[edit] Stage Four: The Basement (level 19+)

This Floor Is A Giant Puzzle. First Room, You Fight A Marilith And 2 Babau. Put Them Down. You Require 3 Pcs For This Part. The Door Has 3 Locks. 2 Adjacent Rooms Each Have A Lever That Must Be Pulled At The Same Time. #3 Hits The Lock. Next Room: 5 Juvenile Black Dragons, And 7 Levers. They Must Be Pulled In Correct Order. A Gang Of Shadows Appear With Each Failed Attempt. Next 3 Rooms Have Similar Puzzles. Make Em Up. Finally, The Last Room. This Will Be TOUGH: A Balor Riding A Caushemar Nightmare. After They Are Gone, Loot All The Treasure. Don't Return, This Place Will Be Undead City (+Nightshades).
