Wolf Claws and Wolf Hide infringe on class choice, and should be optional - i.e. feats. Fortunately they already exist. See Claw Fighter and Unarmored Agility. Marasmusine (talk) 02:49, 24 July 2012 (MDT)

Scenting[edit]

The idea for the Wolfborn is to have a very strong nose, but not to be able to turn it off. Because of this there needs to be a penalty from strong odors. If the current racial trait is unbalanced, I am open to suggestions for how to make it more balanced, but also I want to keep it similar to the original idea. If you want to tie the penalty more into the mechanics, have the penalty incurred if the PC is in or adjacent to a piece of terrain or object that can cause disease. "Terrain", "Object" and "Disease" are specific keywords and cover the examples given in the trait.
Wolf Pack is also overpowered. Change it to a +1 racial bonus to damage if adjacent to an ally. Marasmusine (talk) 08:14, 11 August 2012 (MDT)
