Is this homebrew? Because it is in the wrong place. I swear, with as many made up feats as I see on this site, I'm starting to think people add them so they can show their DM and pretend that they aren't fake(homebrew)...
Anyways, it's completely wrong.
There is however, a feat that has some of the same key words.

Force of Personality [General]
You have cultivated an unshakable belief in your self-worth. Your sense of self and purpose are so strong that they bolster your willpower.
Prerequisite: 13 CHA
Benefit: You add your Charisma modifier (instead of your Wisdom modifier) to Will saves against mind-affecting spells and abilities.
If i broke copyright, just delete entire page(and his random fake feat).
