Okay, for starters, it seems like this class is severely front-loaded. Everything happens in the first five levels, and after that you're better off taking just about anything else other than a dead levels. Here are just some thoughts on improving this:

1. We can increase the number of charges/duration of actions with level.

2. Maybe one or two more skill that show up at later levels, or even tactical abilities that build on their forebears, such as using aid another on groups doing one task (great for forced entry). It could also be reasonable to give active combat bonus the situations where there are riotous masses.

3. A class bonus at later levels to appraise specifically to determine the quality of metal would really, really make sense for this character.

4. Finally, as much as I am loathe to recommend this, a variation on the leadership feat, or some additiosn to one's leadership score, are also fitting for the concept of a revolutionary firebrand.
