Higher prerequisites do not balance feats out in 5e, like in previous editions. Also, I am going to add a previous comment I made about why effects that give regeneration should not be allowed.

PC's have a the limited amount of healing through access to through spells, effects, and hit dice. If an effect or feature provides too much healing, it removes the need to use other healing effects that are balanced based on you having a limited amount of healing that is restored every time you finish a long rest. Regeneration is a common example of an effect that breaks the bounds of what should be allowed in D&D 5e.--Blobby383b (talk) 14:21, 21 January 2018 (MST)

At much higher HD regen within this similar scope happens (Fighter subclass). Would there be any parameters that regen would be appropriate? "Any time you are reduced to 1 hit point, gain hit points equal to your constitution modifier." Like you gotta be right on the money for it to work. There are situations where regeneration is appropriate, but in all cases though there needs to be a large limiting factor to balance it out(very high level for Survivor feature and only goes up to 1/2 health). With that said, I will be completely reworking the feat to hopefully be more balanced, but we will just have to wait and see.--Blobby383b (talk) 16:00, 12 February 2018 (MST)
