The page is riddled with portions of template that were not filled out, and yet it's locked? Deletion might be a rather excessive option, but without means to edit the article, it's an eyesore. Jwguy 06:43, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I don't really understand the qualifications under which we can lock pages to keep them from being edited. Unless someone has any reasoning otherwise, I will unlock the page. If there is some rule I don't know about that keeps this page from being edited, then it should just be deleted; we don't need pages that definitely, 100% chance won't ever get finished.
