Too much[edit]
This pulls too many advantages of both Iron Will and Great Fortitude, and gives you a bigger bonus to boot. That seems a little too good to me.
Established precedent: +2 unnamed bonus to a class of saves.
To me, this should be a +1 racial bonus, but it can stack with both Iron Will and Great Fortutitude. If you make it more powerful than that, this ability should be part of a racial class level.
