- Broad-bladed weapons have +2 proficiency.
- It's an agricultural tool, not a martial weapon, so should be simple.
- It's a simple broad blade, there's nothing special about it that would give it the brutal property.
- Weights of actual machetes are 1 to 2 lbs.
