Talk:Cover Taker (5e Feat)

This feat would mean that you're practically invincible (except for area of effect spells) as long as someone's standing between you and your attacker, or your partway around a corner or something, since total cover means you can't be the target of weapon attacks or spell attacks.

I think treating half cover as three-quarters cover would be more balanced (+5 bonus to AC). Also, it's called "total cover", rather than full cover. I like the concept of the feat though!

I've made that change.
This feat isn't really in the spirit of 5e feats though, it's more like a 3.5e feat. Marasmusine (talk) 02:02, 1 November 2016 (MDT)

I added a bunch of benefits to make it more in the light of 5e feats. I'm not really sure if it's balanced, however. Take a look and let me know what you think. Carcabob (talk) 19:22, 7 November 2016 (MST)
