The skill set is inherited from Gamma World, as I want this to be compatible with that ruleset.

The implication is that you have knowledge of hidden connections between people and groups: for example that Marsec Corporation is secretly funding a cloning project. The emphasis is more on current affairs rather than what's happened in the past. Marasmusine (talk) 05:38, 13 April 2018 (MDT)
