[edit] Basic Attack
This is identical to a melee basic attack, except that it is a martial power and does not count as a melee basic attack. It should be slightly better, as it is a class power rather than a basic attack. -- Sam Kay talk contribs email 10:12, 5 June 2009 (MDT)
- The power doesn't really follow it;s description like at either, how do you forgo targeting? ShadowyFigure 13:43, 9 June 2009 (MDT)
- The goal of this power is to provide an opportunity to use Strength instead of Dexterity for a melee basic attack... Hence, the "forgoing the targeting", by using brutal strength instead of carefully placed strikes. I might have to change is so it can be used as a melee basic attack, same as with the wizard "Magic Missile"... --Katz
- Strength already IS the usual for a melee basic attack. Dexterity is only used for ranged basic attacks. Dragon Child 14:17, 10 June 2009 (MDT)
