Balance and Edition[edit]

Green Dragon these items are for my 4e game not 3.5e. -- Kildairem 05:05, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

These items are not balanced for other games and only available in my homebrew: Stormforge. I will post a balanced version on a separate page soon. -- Kildairem 21:25, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
Ya, 4e Equipment. And I really hope you balance these items to D&D so your players and others can more easily play this campaign setting. If not no worries though. --Green Dragon 00:27, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
I am working on moving them over and ensuring they are properly balanced for other games. If it is ok, I will leave a "tweaked" copy of the equipment on this page. In my campaign the players sometimes require the overpowered items to survive. That is not to say that for every single overpowered item they get their hands on there aren't deadly consequences attached to those items. My NPCs are a covetous people. -- Kildairem 00:44, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Huh. Maybe by the link on this page you could just supply a list of changes something like (e.g. Shocking Rod — For higher powered campaigns, DM's who find their players weaker, etc the following rule changes are recommended: (1) cost is decreased by 25%, (2) damage is increased to 1d8, and (3) ...). Your thoughts? --Green Dragon 00:59, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Very interesting idea. Let me talk with my players and grab their input. I know at least two of them just print the DnDwiki page associated with the item and bring the printed page to game with them. -- Kildairem 01:03, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
