The Epic Table[edit]

It appears that the epic table always looks bad — no matter what class it is used on (with the HD on multiple lines, etc). So, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to try to make it better. Any ideas how, or does it look good how it currently is? --Green Dragon 22:40, 25 March 2007 (MDT)

I think it looks good as it is. Armond 01:20, 26 March 2007 (MDT)
I don't care for how the Hit Die runs into the table name. A possibility is to omit the HD info, because the epic progression rules explicitly state that base classes continue to use the same HD. By the same reasoning, the skill points per level can be omitted, too. —Sledged (talk) 09:06, 26 March 2007 (MDT)
I kind of like that information there. However I am now thinking, that it would be a good option to make the table not allow the header to break one line. This would make the HD and table name always be on the same line, and much easier to be read (and I think look better). So, is this possible to do? If it is not I am for ommiting the HD and skills while leaving a little disclamer saying something like "In epic progression the HD and class skills are the same as the base class." --Green Dragon 09:46, 26 March 2007 (MDT)

No. 3, though if we could make the level column a bit thinner that'd be nice too. Armond 12:00, 26 March 2007 (MDT)
Didn't even notice that. I think just having "Level" should be sufficient. —Sledged (talk) 12:28, 26 March 2007 (MDT)
No. 3 is now win. Armond 15:24, 26 March 2007 (MDT)
I like No. 3 as well. --Green Dragon 20:04, 26 March 2007 (MDT)
I just switched the table to No. 3. I hope it is better. --Green Dragon 16:03, 2 April 2007 (MDT)
That is better. Here's another option. --Cúthalion 20:20, 2 April 2007 (MDT)

I do not like how the HD is all the way over on the right hand side of the screen and how the HD is a line above the title. I am staying with No. 3. --Green Dragon 14:12, 5 April 2007 (MDT)
Actually, I agree, but I figured I'd put it out there, anyway. --Cúthalion 13:00, 12 April 2007 (MDT)
Good things come in three. Armond 14:45, 12 April 2007 (MDT)
That links to a disambiguation page.... I do not understand what you are talking about. --Green Dragon 20:31, 12 April 2007 (MDT)
It was supposed to be cleverness about how three is a good number. Armond 01:19, 13 April 2007 (MDT)
