Effect: +10 Vs. AC; 1d8 + 9 damage. If the target is already taking the penalty from one of the goblin sneak's rattling attacks, the target is also immobilized until the end of your next turn.
Melee.png Confounding Attack ♦ At-Will
Effect: +10 Vs. AC; 2d8 + 6 damage. As a free action, the target makes a melee basic attack against a creature of your choice adjacent to it. If the goblin sneak or the target has combat advantage against the creature and the goblin sneak hasn’t dealt its Sneak Attack damage during this round, it can deal your Sneak Attack damage against the creature.
