Is the "special" to balance out the additional casts-per-day (compared to Cantrip (3.5e Feat))? That makes it more like a trait, but with traits, the drawback needs to be related to the benefit. So not sure what to make of this. Marasmusine (talk) 07:14, 6 January 2016 (MST)
