I give this Prestige Class a 0/10 because it doesn't appear that balance was remotely the goal of this prestige class.

admittedly there is a ten feat entry barrier to the class but the class grants 22 feats over 3 levels, d10, good BAB, and some additional powers which aren't discussed in detail
