Use Cha for saves.

Cha 14.

[edit] Benefit

Add half your Cha modifier to your Con modifier for your Fortitude saves, but only when you are conscious. You may also use your Cha modifier -1 for Will saves instead of your Wis modifier. You can't use this feat whenever your Cha drops below 14.

Wis modifier is used for Will saves. Con modifier only is used for Fortitude saves.
