Stormsphere	Warmage Attack 1
One of your Mystic Orbs grows in size and fills an area, shocking enemies caught within before it dissipates in an explosion of electricity.
Daily  Arcane, Implement, Lightning
Standard Action	Area burst 2 within 15 squares
Primary Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10+Intelligence modifier lightning damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Secondary Target: All creatures within burst
Secondary Attack: Intelligence + 3 Vs. Reflex.
Hit: 1d6+Intelligence modifier lightning damage.
Special: The Mystic Orb used for this power is destroyed.
