Stick of Lashing (3.5e Equipment)

Special: This weapon does non-lethal damage.

The Stick of Lashing is a magical beating stick used to keep people in order. It adds a +3 to any Intimidation check made by the wielder.

If a handler is proficient with this weapon, he or she may use a larger- or smaller-sized version of this weapon provided it is not more than one size removed from their own size category.

The Weapon Focus feat is necessary to do lethal damage with this weapon. If it is used to deal lethal damage then its critical changes to a normal requirement of twenty on the die.

This weapon appears as a wooden paddle with a leather strip wrapped around the handle.
