Charge. If the stag centaur moves at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram or a hooves attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 9 (2d8) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Innate Spellcasting. The stag centaur's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). The stag centaur can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: druidcraft, pass without trace, plant growth, prestidigitation, produce flame, shillelagh, thaumaturgy
3/day each: entangle, goodberry, longstrider, plane shift (only to the Feywild)
1/day each: barkskin, call lightning, sleet storm, thunderwave

Magic Resistance. The stag centaur has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Speak with Beasts and Plants. The stag centaur can communicate with beasts and plants as if they shared a language.

Tree Stride. Once on its turn, the stag centaur can use 10 feet of its movement to step magically into one living tree within its reach and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of the first tree, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree. Both trees must be large or bigger.

ACTIONS

A Stag Centaur, guardian of forests, Source

Stag centaurs are a rare sight to be seen let alone talk to, or fight them and live to tell the tale. The stag centaurs are part elf, part horse, and part stag which make them a really strange creature that is still not certain if it is of nature or magic. Some believe that they are originally from the Feywild while some elves (especially wood elves) choose to believe that they are either elves who were favored or chosen by a deity of nature, or that they are the spirits of elves who died and chose to be one with nature.

Well in Heart. Though the stag centaur might be scary to some, they are good hearted people because they usually help out the lost people in their forests from a distance, but often scare intruders with the help of other creatures of the forest.

Hidden in The Grove. Like the unicorn, the stag centaur is appointed to guard the forests and its creatures, yet unlike the unicorn, they never show himself to others even if they deem them worthy of their trust. Some stag centaurs might wish to forsake their duty for any reason; however, they are usually discouraged by the thought of leaving their home and all that live in it.
