These rodents are excellent scouts as familiars, when in the wild, they are the ones chosen to seek food or be lookouts.

Scout Squirrels are very good at escaping and blending in. They only attack if they have no other options.
Skills: Scout Squirrels have a +8 racial bonus on Balance, Climb, Hide and Move Silently checks. This creature can always choose to take a 10 on Climb checks, even if rushed or threatened. It also uses its Dexterity mod instead of its Strength mod for climb checks.
