This perfectly clear stone is able to defy the rules of magic, making all but the most powerful spells useless. A stone creates an antimagic field up to 30' feet around its possessor. The antimagic field lasts 1 round for every charge the owner wishes to use. Any number of charges may be used any time the item is activated. A new stone contains 10 charges, roll 1d10 to determine how many charges a stone found in treasure contains.
