This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Absurd ability bonuses, one too many skills, flat AC bonus is a no-no. At-will attack power with +5 bonus? Twice my speed in which jump?

| Spartan Armor Training: You take no penalty from wearing armor that would normally give you a penalty, so long as you are proficient with that armor |
