Soul Surge (2nd Chance Supplement)

Soul Surges are a once per day ability that races gain using their racial classes. There are 4 soul surges for the 4 races. They are gained at class level 7. It costs 20 HP to use Soul Surge. If this would cause you to drop to negative or zero hp you instead go to one hp. You may not use this if you currently have less than ten hp. you lose your move to activate this.

[edit] Chaos Alignment
Elven Lore allows elves to use chaos magic level 2 once more per day.
[edit] Neutral Alignment
Elven Lore allows elves to add their dexterity modifier to an attack roll before the attack and, if it's successful add your dex modifier to the damage roll.
[edit] Lawful Alignment
Elven Lore allows elves to smite chaos like paladins smite evil except that they use their total level not the level of their 'paladin' level.

Human Wrath allows Barbarians to use Rage once more a day.
[edit] Halfling Slice
Thieves may add their sneak attack modifier to a successful non-sneak attack.
[edit] Dwarven Stare
Paladins may add their charisma modifier to an attack roll and (if that attacks successful) add their charisma modifier to the damage roll.
