Sniper (3.5e Prestige Class)

To qualify to become Sniper, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.
- Hide: 10 ranks.
- Move silently: 10 ranks.
- Spot: 10 ranks.
- BAB: +7
- Feats: Able Sniper (Races of the Wild), Point Blank Shot, Far Shot, Dodge, Mobility, Shot on the Run, Weapon Focus (Any bow or crossbow).

 Class Features
All of the following are features of the Sniper prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Snipers gain no new weapon or armor proficiencies.
Sniping: Beginning at first level, a sniper gains +2 (to Hide, Move Silently, and Spot, but only when the target is at two or more range increment).
Ranged Precision: As with the Order of The Bow Initiate, starting at first and every three levels there after (4th, 7th, 10th) the Sniper receives +1d8 damage to any ranged attack against a flat-footed or helpless creature. However, for a Sniper to receive this bonus the target of his/her attack must be at last one range increment away.
Skill Focus (Hide):As the feat.
Grace (Ex): At 3rd level, a sniper gains an competence bonus on all Reflex saving throws equal to her class level divided by three (rounded down). This ability functions for a sniper only when she is wearing light or no armor and not using a shield.
Skill Focus (Move Silently): As the feat.
Weapon Specialization: The Sniper gains the benefit of Weapon Specialization applied to a single bow or crossbow of his choice. If the Sniper already has that feat, they instead gain the benefit of Greater Weapon Specialiaztion
Deadly Sniping: If you study a target for three rounds before performing a sniping attack then the target must make a Fort save or die (DC 10+sniper level+ Int Modifier). Should the target succeed on his Fort save, the attack is regarded a critical hit + Int bonus x2. The target cannot be within more than one range increment, nor can it be farther then 10 range increments from the Sniper.
