Forgo sneak attack to disarm opponent without fail.

By sneaking up on someone, you can disarm someone with out fail as someone with out a weapon is much less of a threat. You forgo sneak attack damage to disarm your opponent. This only works on held weapons. The consquences are the same as a regular disarm attempt.
