While swimming you can make a Bite attack.

Tier: Heroic

Prerequisite: You must be a Skum.

Benefit: You can use the Skum Bite attack power.

Skum Bite	Skum Racial Power
Your sharp fangs can rend a target.
At-Will
Move Action	Melee
Requirement: You must be swimming
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: You cause 1d10 + Strength modifier damage.
Special: At Paragon levels (or higher) you no longer have the "You must be swimming" reqirement.
