Skillful (3.5e Equipment)

A skillful weapon has a base critical threat range increased by one from a normal weapon of that type. The critical damage multiplier remains the same. Cannot be applied to exotic weapons or non-thrown ranged weapons.
CL 5; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, proficiency with weapon; Price +2 bonus (simple weapon)
CL 8; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, proficiency with weapon; Price +3 bonus (martial weapon)
For simple light weapons, the price may be treated as a +1 bonus, although all other requirements remain the same.
