You have very short legs, but you are clearly no dwarf at all.
Prerequisite: Human, has to be taken at 1st level
Effect: You were born a cripple with legs way too short, people look with displeasure at your sight.
Your weight and height are only three quarter of your standard but you still count as a medium creature. Further is your landspeed reduced by 10 feet and your running modifier is only x3 (x4 with the RUN Feat). You incur a -2 penalty on climb, balance, tumble and a -4 penalty on diplomacy, ride and charisma checks.
Benefit: Bonus Feat
