You utter the last cursed word of the incantation and feel death himself turn to regard you as you utter his true name, commanding him to reap the unfortunate creature who's earned your wrath.

This spell targets one creature or 10ft cube of non-living matter within 300ft, to cast this the caster needs a gem of any value (even a glass one will do, though it's unadvisable). The target must make a fortitude check with a +30 to the DC or die instantly, creatures with more than 400HD are unaffected. Even if the target passes they still take 3d20+20 damage, they then take a further 47d20 damage. If they passed the Fortitude saving throw then half the 47d20 damage, if they failed it then they take full damage (this matters if they are immune to death affects or are above 500HD).

If the creature is killed by any of these effects then they're body is reduced to dust as if killed by a disintegrate affect, they're soul is torn from there body and transported to any (pre-)assigned gem in the casters possession. The victim cannot be revived by any means until they're soul is freed from the gem, as they're soul is not free to return. Only by breaking the gem is the subject able to be revived, not even a deity can revive them as there soul is not on any plane but rather trapped in the casters possession.

Material Component: A gem. A precious one or any made of a material that can adequately replicate a precious gem (glass, Amber, obsidian, etc). This will be what contains the targets soul, so using a stronger one is advisable. The caster does not have to hold it while casting by taking 10 minutes at any time to inscribe magic seals on the gem it can be made ready to receive a targets soul, the gem must be on the casters person to trap a soul.
