Sheep the Head is the head of the sheep. Sheep the Head knows all, is all, and desires one thing for the world, the promotion of sheep heads (and also mistranslations that result in sheep heads).

Sheep the Head is the head of a sheep. Why would a sheep's head need dogma? It will baa at you now.

[edit] Clergy and Temples

Sheep the Head demands all clergy have the heads of sheep. Its temples are made of lampchops preserved by gentle repose and vaguely in the shape of a sheep's head. Sheep the Head likes speaking French for some reason, even if the world in question has no "France".
