Elusiveness [Racial]

Benefit: Once per round you may make a Stealth vs. Perception check against an enemy you are flanking, even if it is aware of your presence as a free action. If successful, you gain total concealment from that enemy until the end of your next turn, or until your next attack made against it, and you may shift 1 square. Creatures you have total concealment against allow you to use abilities which require surprised targets.
Special: At 11th level you may make a Stealth vs. Perception check using Elusiveness against a maximum of 2 targets. The amount of targets you can attempt Elusiveness against is increased to 3 at 21st level. You need not be flanking these additional targets and need only be flanking the primary target, which you designate as such.
