Elusiveness (4e Feat)

Elusiveness
Prerequisite: Smilodon Maioribus, Apex Predator
Benefit: Once per round you may make a Stealth vs. Perception check against an enemy you are flanking, even if it is aware of your presence as a free action. If successful, you gain total concealment from that enemy until the end of your next turn, or until your next attack made against it, and you may shift 1 square without provoking opportunity attacks against you. While you have total concealment against the target, you may use powers that require a surprised target against it.
Special: At 11th level you may make a Stealth vs. Perception check using Elusiveness against a maximum of 2 targets. The amount of targets you can attempt Elusiveness against is increased to 3 at 21st level. You need not be flanking these additional targets and need only be flanking the primary target, which you designate as such.
