Secret of Ninetails (3.5e Quest)

There is a legend of a beast so powerful that it can destroy the world.
The legend goes like this:
The beast of the Scourge Tis Evil released This beast of 9 tails Tis Evil unleashed The first tail leaves ash, cinders, and flame. A hungry inferno; a fiery rage The second is sweeter The siren song of the sea; All that it touches Drowns eventually The third is of stone, rock, mud, and dirt A lumbering giant; The shadow of Earth The fourth is but a breath From a dying mans lungs A shadowy, chill wind That will block out the sun The fifth is waiting for its moment to strike; Like dry tinder, It needs but a spark to ignite The sixth is empty A hungry void To suck a life within Is its only joy The 7th is the bringer of life It is truly divine; For when the beast dies; The beast rises again. The 8th is the druid the butterfly and the seasons It is an idea Shifting without reason The 9th is scarred ground and broke battlefields Rusted plows and scars that never heal The beast of the scourge Patient and clever Awaits in the dark As it has been forever When the nine tails unite Their powers unfold The beast of the scourge Returns to wreak havoc untold.
Basically the tails do this: 1: Control Fire 2: Control Water 3: Control Earth 4: Control Air 5: Act as delayed blast spell 6: Implosion 7: Cast raise dead on self 8: Transform Ninetails 9: Destroy all
There is an evil organization who has the first 8 tails.
If the 9th is captured then the D&D Cosmology merges and the realm's inhabitants all fight for supremacy of the world.
Though another legend employs the strategy to kill it.
The Paladin with the shining sword of light; The Beast of Ninetails shall quiver in his sight; For once the Paladin's return has come; The Scourge shall soon be overcome
The return of the Paladin is the quest thou must seek; The Ritual is the rite thou must perform; Six things of which I shall speak; To this list thou shall conform. The shining sword of light, its story mistold; It instills chaos wherever it goes; With its purple blade and its hilt of gold; The Chaos Blade has surprised many foes; The second is the armor and leggings; True to its mantle; The power to survive any attack; The armor is Maxamillion The third is the shield; Brave and true; The power of kings is in thy hand; The shield you find is the Royal Shield The fourth is the helmet; The Greek god of the sun; You'll probably know its true purpose; The Apollo Helm is number one The fifth and next to last dare I say; Is the power of an accessory; Four elements with gems inlaid; The Power of the Elemental Necklace The sixth and final is the ritual thou must embrace Place the items within the Paladin Temple; The Paladin shall rise again
