[edit] Seamost
The Red Book of the Westmark tells the story of the West of Middle Earth from the dawn of time until the flowering of the Fourth Age. But the West of Middle Earth is not Middle Earth, and Middle-Earth is not Arda. This is another story, a story of the East, where Elves and Men awoke. Where other colonies of Numenor escaped its corruption and survived its fall. Where the Blue Wizards ended their journeys and founded mighty orders of wizardry. Where the fate Elured and Elurin abandoned in the wild and rescued, is to gather such Noldor as repented of their pride and found a Hidden City, where the mightiest of the Eldar still work to heal the hurts of their forefathers.
You are uncounted leagues east of the Blue Mountains, past the realms of Rhun, across the bitter peaks of the Orocarni, far beyond the Great Desert at the edge of the Eastern Sea, where Gondor is an unknown name, and Sauron a rumor to the Wise.
This is the capital of a great empire of men, Valorod-un-Valnen, the Lords of Stone and the Lords of Sea, servants of the White.
This is Seamost.

[edit] Notes
The Valar and Maiar link is to the excellent LotR supplement; full credit is due. This chart is mostly empty spaces that will be filled in as time permits.
