ACTIONS

Multiattack. The sandgorgon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Poison Breath (Recharge 5-6). The sandgorgon exhales poison in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 21 (6d6) poison damage and is poisoned for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't poisoned. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Sandgorgons are light tan in color so easily blend into the sand. They will often tunnel under a village and wreak havoc and death. They are predators with little intelligence and no capacity for language.
