Initial Effect : Itchiness. The target cannot take opportunity actions. |  |
Effect: Restlessness. As above, and the target only regains half of its lost hp and healing surges after an extended rest. | |
Effect: Obsession. As above, and the target gains vulnerable 10 psychic. |  |
Final State : Death. The target dies. | ||
Special: Even if cured or removed ritually, the pox leaves permanent scars on the target's skin that anybody from the Order of the Compass can identify.
