Gifted to Archmage Eykanos Drakulzen as gift from overlord of the gods after spending a century without magic. (Yes an archmage forsook magic for a century... it's his father, can't say no to him.)

Apears to be equal parts diamond/ruby/emerald cut into shape of dragon biting own tail. Eyes of the dragon seem to be watching you as you move.

[edit] Stats

Normally: Wearing the Ring of True Belief provides a +6 on Charisma +6 on dexterity and a +3 on Intelligence, all of which stacks with all other bonuses granted by items of power.

Also acts as Ring of Wizardry VI/VII.

When worn in conjunction with Amulet of Draconic Dominance and Ring of Unending Peace forms Triad of Power granting the effects of a Ring of Wizardry types VI/VII/VIII/IX.

When worn on the same hand as The Ring of Unending Peace the two rings take up only a single Ring slot.
