Regenerator (D20 Modern Equipment)

When this is activated (a standard action), it forms a green field of energy filling a 10ft cube. Any energy shielding within the area of it's effect doubles it's recharge rate and looses the one-round recharge delay. The Regenerator deactivates after D10 rounds, and cannot be reactivated.
