This build allows for a ridiculously high Reflex save that eventually covers Fortitude and Will too.

Continue this until you have 25 Dex. Take Dexterous Fortitude/Dexterous Will (or Great Dexterity to expedite the process of getting to 25 Dex) at the next feat(s) gained.

[edit] Highlights
The base Reflex Save for a lv21 Reflexman (The minimum required to obtain everything in this build) is +32! If, by lv21, you can manage to get Dexterous Fortitude or Dexterous Will, you become vastly harder to take out with spells, even those of epic creatures. Just in case you fail a Reflex Save, the feat Dive For Cover will give you one more chance, and with Evasion (not even Improved Evasion, unless you fail both checks) you become virtually invulnerable to anything that normally gives a Reflex Save.

The build-up is arduous, and the prerequisites are very specific.

Physical combat creatures that don't use/need to use spells.
Target with more than one effect that requires a Fortitude or Reflex save in a single round.
