This item was created according to the guidelines for pricing magic/psionic items given in the SRD. It is able to grant a very high net AC bonus without triggering the (*10) price increase for epic bonuses owing to the fact that while armor, enhancement, and deflection bonuses trigger the multipler, insight bonuses do not.

Abilities: +5 enhancement bonus to armor (bonus squared * 1,000gp =25,000gp), +10 Armor bonus (Inertial Armor: ML 13, Lvl 1, continuous (1 hour/level base) 2,000gp = 26,000gp), +15 insight bonus to AC and saving throws ( Precognition, Defensive: ML 29, lvl 1, continuous (1 min/level base (*2)) = cost 116,000gp.
Total cost: 116,000 + (26,000 * 0.75) + (25,000 * 0.5) = 148,000gp.
Total AC bonus: +30 (+10 Armor, +5 Enhancement, +15 Insight).
Bonus to saves: +15.
