Prerequisite: Modron

The Primus-Bred are descendants of the God-Being, Primus, and the mortals say that the Primus-Bred only appear when an event changes history in the most extreme of cases. Many Primus-Bred claim that the true beginnings of their existance lies in the event of Primus's son, Mundus, betrayed his own father long before the Dawn War. Despite being constructs, the "gender" of the Primus-Bred is activated, causing speculation among mortals of all races as to Modron reproduction.

Activation (11th Level): When you are bloodied, you gain a resistance of 5 to all damage until the end of the encounter

My Will is Law (11th Level): When you spend an action point to make an action, all enemies within 10 squares of you are stunned until the end of your next turn.

Swift Calculations (16th Level): You can add up to two extra targets for your Calculations power.

You heal as you damage your foes.
Daily  Healing, Psychic
Minor Action	Close Burst 3
Target: All within burst.
Effect: Targets take 1d4 psychic damage, and you are healed equal to the sum of the damage taken.

Supreme Blast	Primus-Bred Attack 20
Your foes literally melt as you pelt them with mental energies.
Daily  Psychic, Acid

Hit: 2d6 Psychic damage and ongoing 1d8 Acid damage (save ends).
Miss: 1/2 damage and no ongoing Acid damage.
Special: All resistances are ignored when rolling damage for this power.
