One of your parents was a planetouched, and you have inherited some of their power.

Tier: Heroic

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-planetouched (but have a planetouched parent).

Benefit: You may use halo as a daily power of any subtype. You gain a +1 racial bonus to Fortitude defense. You can take feats that have Planetouched or halo as prerequisties as long as you meet any other requirement.
