  1. The SRD only gives a means to determine costs and weights of weapons for Large and Small versions based on the Medium weapons. Any other supplied values are the author's best determination.

Pistols used in the Helvruin campaign use Psionic Capsule bullets, which can be created relatively cheaply. Out of a half pound of lead and a half pound of steel, you can create a twenty capsules. A pistol must be reloaded when the clip of bullets runs out. This takes a full round action that provokes attacks of opportunity to reload the full clip and place it back in the gun. If you have an extra full clip, you make instead make a move action that doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity to exchange clips.

Pistols can be created to hold between seven and nine bullets. A seven bullet pistol has a craft DC of 27, and takes 150 gp off the price. An eight bullet revolver has a craft DC of 30, and is the normal price to make. A nine bullet revolver has a craft DC of 33, and costs an extra 350 gp to make.
